Aside from her legal career, she is an active youth leader who is committed in giving back to the society through her involvement in Rotaract, a non-governmental organisation that spearheads different social welfare programs for youth and the marginal members of the society.

Pauling Hee
 
Pauling focuses on different aspects of intellectual property practice. She has assisted intellectual property rights holders in litigation matters in the High Court of Malaya and the Court of Appeal in trade mark, copyright and patent cases. Besides contentious matters, Pauling regularly advises clients on IP issues in corporate and commercial transactions, as well as licensing and commercialisation of IP rights. She also advises on prosecution and management of intellectual property portfolios. 
 
Pauling also has experience advising local and multinational companies in relation to data protection and privacy issues. Her experience in this area includes reviewing and drafting privacy policies, as well as undertaking data protection exercises to ensure her client's internal practices are compliant to the data protection and privacy laws in Malaysia.
